TASTY CHINESE PAKODA

Today we have a dish called chinese pakoda in our menu.lets start with some information about chinese pakoda(fritters).

Chinese pakoda is a fried vegetable balls made from cabbage mainly. It is actually a indian invention but due to some factors we called it chinese pakoda.it is very tasty dish. It is more tasty than normal onion pakodas or spinach pakoda. Use of flour is minimum in this receipe. It mainly requires corn starch & maida. But u can also make it with gram flour(besan) & maida. It is very popular street food in mumbai & people loves to eat chinese pakoda with schezwan sauce.

    Let's see how to make chinese pakoda

                    INGREDIENTES
1)Cabbage (400gm)

2) corn flour (50gm)

3) maida (30gm)

4)salt (2 teaspoon)

5) red mirch powder ( 2 teaspoon)

6) carrot ( 3 medium size)(optional)

7) soya sauce (1 teaspoon)(optional)

LETS SEE THE STEPS FOR CHINESE PAKODA 

STEP 1 :- first of all chop cabbage,carrot finely & take it one bowl mix together

STEP 2 :-now add corn flour, maida, red mirch powder, salt & soya sauce in bowl & mix it with cabbage & carrot finely

STEP 3 :- Don't add water in it. Required water will comes out of cabbage when mixing all ingredients.

STEP 4 :- Now add oil in pan & make a small balls from the cabbage mixer. & Fry it well on medium flame.

STEP 5 :- Now serve it in a plate with schezwan sauce.

*Note:- if you like red colour you can use food colour
