HEALTHY POHA
Today we are going to discuss a healthy poha recepie,poha is very popular indian breakfast. Actually poha is made from raw paddy. It is very healthy because it is made directly from raw paddy.
Following ingredients required to make poha for 4 people
1) 300 gm poha
2)2 medium sized chopped onion
3) 4 green chillies chopped
4)20gm groundnut
5) curry leaves (7-8)
6)coriander
7)salt 1 teaspoon,oil 2 teaspoon
8) friedgram (optional)
Let's see how to make poha step by step
STEP 1:- soak 300 gm poha in water for 10-20 seconds &. Then drain all water from it
STEP 2:-Now place Pan on gas,add 2 teaspoon oil in it, gas flame should me medium. Add chopped onion ,green chillies, curry leaves & ground nut in oil & fry it well
STEP 3:-now add 1 teaspoon salt & coriander & fried gram in Pan.
STEP 4:- finally add soaked poha in it & stir it well with the help of spatula. & after mixing it well the healthy poha is ready to serve
*For better taste you can try poha with lemon slice
